Inspection System mit echter 6 DoF-Echtzeit-3D-Robotermessung entwickelt und dabei die zunehmende Nachfrage der Fertigungsindustrie nach Automatisierung der Teilemessung mit einem h\u00f6heren Ma\u00df an Genauigkeit erkannt.<\/p>\r\n<p>SFIS kann als kundenspezifische integrierte L\u00f6sung oder als Standard-Fertigungspr\u00fcfzelle geliefert werden.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Standard API SFIS CheckBox\u2122 ist eine optische 3D-Messl\u00f6sung, die f\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfung von Produktionsteilen und f\u00fcr die Installation in der Fertigung entwickelt wurde. Die CheckBox ist modular aufgebaut und in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe skalierbar. Verwendet wird ein 6 Achsen-Industrieroboter mit einer in Echtzeit codierten Roboterposition unter Verwendung des 6 DoF Radian Pro Laser Trackers. Die in Echtzeit verbesserte Genauigkeit des Roboters macht problematische Aufkleber, die von photogrammetrischen Robotermesssystemen verwendet werden, \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig und bietet eine vergleichbare Genauigkeit von der Horizontalarm-KMG.
