Das Plasmagef\u00e4\u00df, welches das bis 100 Millionen Grad hei\u00dfe Plasma umgibt, erinnert an einen  verdrehten, halbentleerten Fahrradschlauch. W\u00e4hrend der Fertigung der einzelnen Plasmagef\u00e4\u00dfmodule waren diese auch von au\u00dfen zug\u00e4nglich. Bereits beim Hersteller konnten ihre komplexen Konturen so von au\u00dfen mit dem API Laser Tracker gepr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ultrakompakten API Laser Tracker konnten auch durch die engen Zugangs\u00f6ffnungen in das Plasmagef\u00e4\u00df selbst gebracht und dort aufgestellt werden. Supraleitende Elektromagnete sorgen f\u00fcr die Magnetfelder, die erforderlich sind, um das Plasma innerhalb des Gef\u00e4\u00dfes in Rotation zu halten, ohne die Innenw\u00e4nde zu ber\u00fchren. Der Reaktor wird von einem Kryostaten umschlossen, der die inneren hei\u00dfen Teile von den supraleitenden Magneten isoliert, die kryogenisch gek\u00fchlt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der ITER-Kryostat wird aus dickwandigen Edelstahlblechen mit einer Dicke von 40 bis 180 Millimetern zusammengeschwei\u00dft und ist weltweit die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Hochvakuumkammer aus Edelstahl. Sein Gewicht betr\u00e4gt 3.400 Tonnen. Der Au\u00dfendurchmesser ist 28 Meter, die H\u00f6he betr\u00e4gt 30 Meter. Ohne laserbasierte Messtechnik w\u00e4re Aufbau und Montage nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Einfache Standortwechsel<\/strong><em><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kleine und kompakte Messsysteme wie API Laser Tracker und vProbe m\u00fcssen beim Standortwechsel nicht mehr zwingend mit Hilfe eines Krans umgesetzt und brauchen somit auch nicht mehr beim Umsetzen von der Stromversorgung getrennt zu werden.
