La prolif\u00e9ration des scanners manuels et articul\u00e9s pouvant prendre des dizaines ou des centaines de milliers de points par seconde a consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle un mod\u00e8le CAO peut \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9 ou mis \u00e0 jour sur la base d&#8217;une pi\u00e8ce existante. Et ces am\u00e9liorations ont consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9largi la capacit\u00e9 des entreprises \u00e0 modifier les conceptions de produits actuelles et \u00e0 remettre en production les pi\u00e8ces h\u00e9rit\u00e9es, \u00e0 la fois en poss\u00e9dant et en exploitant leur propre \u00e9quipement et logiciel de num\u00e9risation ou en contractant un fournisseur de services de m\u00e9trologie (MSP) pour effectuer l&#8217;analyse et la mod\u00e9lisation pour leur. Et lorsqu&#8217;un client a envoy\u00e9 une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 API Services avec juste cette demande, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe a pu fournir des r\u00e9sultats en utilisant leur proc\u00e9dure simple en 4 \u00e9tapes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Effectuer une analyse compl\u00e8te de la pi\u00e8ce avec API Arm et Skyline Scanner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le 3D et int\u00e9gration des modifications de conception<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilisation de la comparaison de fausses couleurs pour v\u00e9rifier le nouveau mod\u00e8le<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impression 3D d&#8217;un nouveau prototype d&#8217;\u00e9tayage et d&#8217;\u00e9valuation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans toutes les industries, les objets aux surfaces de forme libre font de plus en plus l&#8217;objet de projets de r\u00e9tro-ing\u00e9nierie. Ces surfaces de forme libre se trouvent couramment dans l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie automobile pour les carrosseries automobiles, la technologie primaire et de formage, et dans le secteur des machines \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pour les aubes de turbine et de compresseur. Ce processus d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie inverse implique: la num\u00e9risation d&#8217;objets du domaine de la conception de l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie automobile ou des \u00e9tudes de conception cr\u00e9\u00e9es manuellement qui doivent \u00eatre rendues accessibles pour un traitement assist\u00e9 par ordinateur, par exemple la fabrication, le flux ou la simulation FEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nos jours, des complexit\u00e9s de conception et des embellissements sont ajout\u00e9s aux projets au fur et \u00e0 mesure de leur d\u00e9veloppement ou sous forme de mises \u00e0 jour apr\u00e8s qu&#8217;ils sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en production depuis un certain temps. Et, dans ces cas, la r\u00e9tro-ing\u00e9nierie peut permettre d&#8217;\u00e9conomiser beaucoup de temps et d&#8217;argent en d\u00e9veloppement. La cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le 3D de n&#8217;importe quel objet peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solue avec l&#8217;API Arm rapidement, avec pr\u00e9cision et \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt. L&#8217;\u00e9quipe exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e de vrais m\u00e9trologues locaux au niveau mondial d&#8217;API Services a pu offrir cet avantage \u00e0 un client qui avait besoin d&#8217;une r\u00e9tro-ing\u00e9nierie rapide d&#8217;une pi\u00e8ce en aluminium moul\u00e9 en utilisant le processus simple en 4 \u00e9tapes illustr\u00e9 ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;objectif de l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie inverse est de permettre une refonte pr\u00e9cise d&#8217;un produit lorsque les donn\u00e9es CAO ou les dessins ne sont plus disponibles. Cette approche est souvent combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9gration d&#8217;am\u00e9liorations aux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de conception existants. C&#8217;est l\u00e0 que les ing\u00e9nieurs concepteurs atteignent souvent leurs limites lorsqu&#8217;ils utilisent des m\u00e9thodes de mesure conventionnelles. En particulier, la mesure de contours complexes et de surfaces de forme libre est souvent difficile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">          Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape: num\u00e9risation avec API Arm         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie inverse de cette pi\u00e8ce en fonte d&#8217;aluminium, les m\u00e9trologues API ont utilis\u00e9 le bras API en conjonction avec le scanner laser ACE SKYLINE WIDE pour scanner la surface de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e et cr\u00e9er un mod\u00e8le polygonal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le scanner API Arm et WIDE peut capter 600 000 points par seconde avec une pr\u00e9cision de \u2213 15 \u03bcm, de sorte que l&#8217;analyse peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e rapidement et avec une grande pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">          Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape: g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de mod\u00e8les 3D         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois l&#8217;analyse termin\u00e9e, les ing\u00e9nieurs des services d&#8217;API ont ensuite utilis\u00e9 un logiciel de m\u00e9trologie et le nuage de maillage de points cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er un mod\u00e8le 3D bas\u00e9 sur le mod\u00e8le polygonal et ont imm\u00e9diatement incorpor\u00e9 les demandes de changement du client. Dans ce cas, l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur de la paroi a \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9e et le diam\u00e8tre de l&#8217;al\u00e9sage a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">          Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape: v\u00e9rification du r\u00e9sultat         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois l&#8217;analyse et le nouveau mod\u00e8le CAO termin\u00e9s, la nouvelle conception doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e, ce qui constitue les \u00e9tapes trois et quatre de ce processus. Pour v\u00e9rifier le r\u00e9sultat avant la production, une fausse comparaison des couleurs du nouveau mod\u00e8le CAO avec le mod\u00e8le polygonal a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e pour identifier tout \u00e9cart involontaire. Une fois le nouveau mod\u00e8le CAO v\u00e9rifi\u00e9, il a pu \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 un test de production \u00e0 la quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">          Quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tape: cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;un mod\u00e8le physique         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la comparaison des couleurs, un mod\u00e8le physique a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 par API Services dans une imprimante 3D afin d&#8217;\u00e9valuer les r\u00e9sultats physiques, ainsi que les r\u00e9sultats virtuels et de donn\u00e9es. En effectuant cette \u00e9tape, le client a re\u00e7u directement son premier prototype et a pu d\u00e9marrer le premier test d&#8217;\u00e9tayage. Cette approche est tr\u00e8s efficace: elle \u00e9conomise \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps et d&#8217;argent, car aucun nouvel outil ne doit \u00eatre construit pour le prototype. Le client peut alors v\u00e9rifier si le prototype r\u00e9pond \u00e0 toutes ses exigences et, si n\u00e9cessaire, des ajustements peuvent \u00e0 nouveau \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s dans le mod\u00e8le CAO cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape 2.
