Et nous avons examin\u00e9 combien de services d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage propos\u00e9s pour les laser Trackers sont en fait non conformes, car ils n&#8217;effectuent pas la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape. Mais que se passe-t-il lorsque nous appliquons ces m\u00eames normes aux machines-outils ? Comment les produits et services d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage disponibles identifient-ils et corrigent-ils r\u00e9ellement les erreurs dans les performances des machines-outils, et r\u00e9pondent-ils aux deux crit\u00e8res d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage d\u00e9finis par le VIM?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les machines-outils sont la pierre angulaire de la fabrication industrielle, et ce depuis plus de deux si\u00e8cles. Ind\u00e9pendamment de l&#8217;industrie, chaque projet d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie majeur n\u00e9cessite \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 qu&#8217;une grande pi\u00e8ce de mat\u00e9riau soit fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e par une combinaison de coupe, de meulage, de pressage, d&#8217;al\u00e9sage ou de per\u00e7age. Ces pi\u00e8ces remodel\u00e9es peuvent servir de nouvelles pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 installer, de logement pour d&#8217;autres pi\u00e8ces dans un assemblage ou de moules dans lesquels d&#8217;autres pi\u00e8ces peuvent \u00eatre fa\u00e7onn\u00e9es. Et comme les machines-outils sont devenues plus pr\u00e9cises gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la commande num\u00e9rique par ordinateur (CNC) et \u00e0 la conception assist\u00e9e par ordinateur (CAO), les pi\u00e8ces con\u00e7ues pour elles ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des caract\u00e9ristiques plus complexes \u00e0 des \u00e9chelles plus grandes avec des tol\u00e9rances plus serr\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est plus important que jamais pour les fabricants que leurs machines-outils soient non seulement pr\u00e9cises au d\u00e9part, mais qu&#8217;elles le restent dans le temps, afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter des reprises et des rebuts co\u00fbteux. Afin de garantir que les machines-outils du monde entier fonctionnent avec leur pr\u00e9cision optimale, l&#8217;Organisation internationale de normalisation (ISO) et l&#8217;American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) ont mis \u00e0 jour leurs d\u00e9finitions et normes pour les mesures d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage des machines-outils (MTC) au d\u00e9but ann\u00e9es 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&#8217;est-ce que l&#8217;\u00e9talonnage des machines-outils?         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditionnellement, les mesures d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage ne recherchaient que les erreurs de d\u00e9placement, qui \u00e9taient trouv\u00e9es en mesurant le mouvement lin\u00e9aire le long de chacun des trois axes de la machine-outil (X, Y et Z). Trouver et corriger ces trois sources d&#8217;erreur \u00e9tait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement suffisant pour maintenir une machine-outil dans les tol\u00e9rances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais alors que les exigences de tol\u00e9rance sont devenues plus strictes sur les mod\u00e8les plus r\u00e9cents et plus complexes, de nouvelles normes comme ISO 230-6 et ASME B5.54 ont identifi\u00e9 de nombreuses autres sources d&#8217;erreur qui doivent \u00eatre prises en compte pour que les machines-outils maintiennent leur plus haut niveau de performance. . En plus des trois erreurs de d\u00e9placement que nous avons mentionn\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, ces nouvelles normes mettent en \u00e9vidence 18 autres param\u00e8tres d&#8217;erreur qui doivent \u00eatre pris en compte dans les mesures d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage. Ainsi, notre machine-outil standard \u00e0 3 axes dispose d\u00e9sormais de 21 erreurs possibles \u00e0 calibrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u00f9 sont les erreurs ?         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maintenant, 21 ressemble \u00e0 beaucoup d&#8217;erreurs, mais nous pouvons en fait les regrouper assez simplement en groupes axiaux ou d&#8217;\u00e9querrage. Chaque axe de l&#8217;outil a les m\u00eames 6 erreurs possibles lorsqu&#8217;il se d\u00e9place sur sa trajectoire. Le premier est le positionnement lin\u00e9aire, pour lequel les anciennes normes mesuraient dans le pass\u00e9, mais lorsque cet axe se d\u00e9place, nous devons \u00e9galement rechercher la rectitude verticale et horizontale et identifier tout mouvement de tangage, de lacet ou de roulis. Ces 6 erreurs se trouvent sur chaque axe, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 18 sur 21. Les 3 derni\u00e8res erreurs se trouvent dans la machine elle-m\u00eame, car elle doit \u00eatre carr\u00e9e aux jonctions XY, YZ et XZ. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De nombreux produits et fournisseurs de services MTC ne mesurent encore que les erreurs de d\u00e9placement et peuvent manquer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 18 autres probl\u00e8mes avec votre machine. Il est donc important lors de la recherche de m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage de demander combien de param\u00e8tres d&#8217;erreur seront trouv\u00e9s et compens\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MTC respecte-t-il les normes d\u00e9finies par VIM?         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour en revenir \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition VIM de l&#8217;\u00e9talonnage, la compensation est la deuxi\u00e8me pi\u00e8ce n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9ellement am\u00e9liorer les performances de la machine. Pour MTC, la compensation est en fait l&#8217;\u00e9tape la plus simple. Une fois que toutes les mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises pour d\u00e9terminer o\u00f9 se produisent les erreurs, le logiciel de m\u00e9trologie est capable de cr\u00e9er un rapport de table de compensation qui est t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 directement sur le contr\u00f4leur de la machine-outil pour am\u00e9liorer instantan\u00e9ment les performances. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En bref, les machines-outils ont aliment\u00e9 toutes les r\u00e9volutions industrielles, et \u00e0 mesure que leurs performances se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, les conceptions et les exigences qui leur sont impos\u00e9es ont augment\u00e9.
