Apr\u00e8s cette d\u00e9couverte, l&#8217;hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est devenue l&#8217;une des premi\u00e8res sources d&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, la premi\u00e8re turbine hydraulique ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 mise au point \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1800. Et si son d\u00e9veloppement a rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 devanc\u00e9 par les combustibles fossiles, la production d&#8217;hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 n&#8217;a cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre au cours des 140 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. En 2019, l&#8217;industrie de l&#8217;hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e9tait \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 200 milliards de dollars environ 177 milliards d&#8217;euros) am\u00e9ricains, et l&#8217;on s&#8217;attend \u00e0 ce que ce chiffre atteigne plus de 300 milliards de dollars (environ 265 milliards d&#8217;euros) au cours des cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;hydro\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est une \u00e9nergie propre, renouvelable, non polluante et propice \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;utilisation des ressources. Alors que de plus en plus de pays et d&#8217;entreprises cherchent \u00e0 se diversifier dans les sources d&#8217;\u00e9nergie renouvelables pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande croissante d&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, les 140 ans de connaissances, d&#8217;infrastructures et d&#8217;innovations technologiques ont permis \u00e0 l&#8217;industrie hydro\u00e9lectrique de se d\u00e9velopper pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette demande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce d\u00e9veloppement rapide et cette croissance continue de l&#8217;industrie cr\u00e9ent in\u00e9vitablement des exigences plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour la fabrication, l&#8217;installation, le d\u00e9bogage et d&#8217;autres normes des projets hydro\u00e9lectriques, et le travail de mesure et d&#8217;inspection dans ces processus doit \u00eatre plus rigoureux et efficace pour respecter des tol\u00e9rances plus strictes plus efficacement. Les laser trackers, avec leurs mesures portables d&#8217;une pr\u00e9cision \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle d&#8217;une MMT, sont devenus essentiels pour saisir ce volume de mesures \u00e0 la fois dans les ateliers d&#8217;usinage et sur les installations sur site. Vous trouverez ci-dessous quelques-unes des applications les plus importantes de l&#8217;industrie hydro\u00e9lectrique que les Laser Trackers sont en mesure de prendre en charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00e9rification, assemblage et alignement des rotors<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses mesures doivent \u00eatre prises sur le terrain lors de la maintenance ou de l&#8217;installation d&#8217;un rotor pour garantir ses performances. La circularit\u00e9 du rotor doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e ; en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la tol\u00e9rance du diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur du rotor d&#8217;un grand hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9rateur est d&#8217;environ 1 mm pour assurer la circularit\u00e9 et la coaxialit\u00e9, qui \u00e0 leur tour assurent l&#8217;uniformit\u00e9 de l&#8217;entrefer avec le stator, et que la hauteur du centre du p\u00f4le magn\u00e9tique est coh\u00e9rente avec la hauteur du centre du stator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e des Laser Trackers, les instruments et outils de mesure traditionnels tels que les cadres de cercle de mesure, les niveaux, les dispositifs de centrage, les microm\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur ou ext\u00e9rieur, les comparateurs, les pieds \u00e0 coulisse, etc. \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir les r\u00e9sultats des mesures, et leurs mesures incr\u00e9mentales \u00e9taient progressivement calcul\u00e9es pour obtenir les dimensions finales du rotor. Par cons\u00e9quent, il y avait un potentiel important d&#8217;erreurs accumul\u00e9es, ce qui entra\u00eenait une diminution de la pr\u00e9cision et de la fiabilit\u00e9 des mesures.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple : le processus traditionnel de mesure du cercle du rotor \u00e9tait fastidieux pour ajuster la concentricit\u00e9 du rotor. Il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de mettre en place un dispositif de centrage et de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter la mesure et l&#8217;\u00e9talonnage avec une corde \u00e0 piano. Apr\u00e8s avoir trouv\u00e9 le centre du corps central du rotor, le dispositif de mesure du cercle et le centre du rotor pouvaient \u00eatre ajust\u00e9s. Ce processus, qui demandait beaucoup de temps et de travail, a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu plus rapide, plus pr\u00e9cis et plus facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un Laser Tracker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Flush et Gap<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant le fonctionnement du rotor d&#8217;un grand hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9rateur, l&#8217;espace entre le rotor et le stator est tr\u00e8s petit, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement seulement 8-40 mm, et l&#8217;arbre principal du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur doit entra\u00eener le rotor, l&#8217;arbre principal de la turbine \u00e0 eau et la roue mobile ensemble \u00e0 des centaines ou des milliers de rotations par minute. \u00c0 ces vitesses, avec un poids g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;unit\u00e9 de plus de 10 tonnes, si l&#8217;arrondi ext\u00e9rieur du rotor ne r\u00e9pond pas aux exigences, l&#8217;\u00e9cart avec le stator sera in\u00e9gal, ce qui provoquera beaucoup de vibrations pendant la rotation de l&#8217;unit\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces vibrations affectent la production d&#8217;\u00e9nergie de l&#8217;unit\u00e9. Si la hauteur centrale du p\u00f4le magn\u00e9tique ne correspond pas \u00e0 la hauteur centrale du stator, cela affectera \u00e9galement la production d&#8217;\u00e9nergie de l&#8217;unit\u00e9. Il est donc tr\u00e8s important de contr\u00f4ler les erreurs de circularit\u00e9, de coaxialit\u00e9 et de hauteur centrale en maintenant le cercle ext\u00e9rieur du rotor dans la tol\u00e9rance et en l&#8217;alignant sur le stator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Autres applications<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les laser trackers sont utilis\u00e9s pour plusieurs autres applications de mesure pendant l&#8217;usinage, l&#8217;assemblage, l&#8217;installation et la maintenance des centrales hydro\u00e9lectriques, pour toutes les m\u00eames raisons que celles \u00e9voqu\u00e9es ci-dessus. Ces mesures comprennent : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9tecter des param\u00e8tres tels que la cylindricit\u00e9 et le diam\u00e8tre du rotor. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La d\u00e9tection de param\u00e8tres tels que la cylindricit\u00e9 et le diam\u00e8tre du stator <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9tecter la coaxialit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces connexes et guider l&#8217;installation et l&#8217;ajustement. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9tection des dimensions connexes telles que la circularit\u00e9 et la cylindricit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autres mesures de haute pr\u00e9cision et guidage des r\u00e9glages li\u00e9s \u00e0 la position g\u00e9om\u00e9trique ou spatiale sur la ligne de production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Laser Trackers Radian d&#8217;API sont les plus petits, les plus l\u00e9gers et les plus pr\u00e9cis des Laser Trackers disponibles.
