Les drones se divisent principalement en quatre cat\u00e9gories : les drones \u00e0 voilure fixe, les drones \u00e0 voilure tournante, les drones \u00e0 voilure parapluie et les dirigeables sans pilote. Le concept de drone a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 1920 et a connu plusieurs innovations technologiques au cours du si\u00e8cle qui a suivi. Les drones sont d\u00e9sormais largement utilis\u00e9s dans la photographie a\u00e9rienne, l&#8217;agriculture, les soins m\u00e9dicaux, le transport, la maintenance, les secours en cas de catastrophe, la m\u00e9t\u00e9orologie, l&#8217;exploration, les communications, la d\u00e9fense nationale et divers autres secteurs et domaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec la fr\u00e9quence \u00e9lev\u00e9e des applications de drones et le perfectionnement constant de leurs op\u00e9rations, les exigences de performance de l&#8217;industrie sont de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es ; afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de performance des drones, les fabricants de drones doivent \u00eatre en mesure de produire un plus grand volume d&#8217;unit\u00e9s tout en respectant des normes de performance plus strictes, et dans le test de d\u00e9bogage apr\u00e8s l&#8217;assemblage, des normes de tol\u00e9rance et des contr\u00f4les de d\u00e9tail plus stricts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les processus de fabrication et de production des drones, y compris les processus de d\u00e9bogage et de test, API fournit des solutions compl\u00e8tes de mesure de pr\u00e9cision pour tous les aspects de l&#8217;industrie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solutions API pour les enqu\u00eates sur l&#8217;industrie des drones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Mesure et inspection en ligne des composants des drones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de produire des drones plus performants, chaque composant doit \u00eatre inspect\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision au cours du processus de fabrication pour s&#8217;assurer que ses dimensions respectent les exigences de tol\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la double exigence de haute pr\u00e9cision et d&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 pour l&#8217;inspection moderne des composants en ligne, API a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plusieurs syst\u00e8mes de mesure de pr\u00e9cision pour les usines intelligentes, notamment en utilisant un Radian Laser Tracker avec une pr\u00e9cision de l&#8217;ordre du micron pour fournir un guidage de positionnement en temps r\u00e9el pour les scanners optiques hybrides RapidScan. RapidScan se monte directement sur l&#8217;effecteur du robot, communiquant la position du robot avec le tracker et, en m\u00eame temps, scannant rapidement les composants pour assurer une grande pr\u00e9cision de la mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Assemblage du drone et guidage de l&#8217;amarrage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es, le guidage de l&#8217;assemblage et de l&#8217;amarrage doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 avec les m\u00eames tol\u00e9rances que la production. Les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9quipements de mesure de pr\u00e9cision d&#8217;API, tels que Radian, RapidScan, le scanner lin\u00e9aire laser iScan3D, le capteur de mesure tactile vProbe, ainsi que le bras et le scanner API, permettent d&#8217;obtenir des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cises sur les pi\u00e8ces et de cr\u00e9er rapidement un jumeau num\u00e9rique, qui peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9 dans un logiciel de m\u00e9trologie. Gr\u00e2ce au jumeau num\u00e9rique, les pi\u00e8ces peuvent \u00eatre assembl\u00e9es virtuellement d&#8217;abord, ce qui am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement le taux de r\u00e9ussite de l&#8217;assemblage r\u00e9el et permet d&#8217;identifier rapidement les zones de retouche sans avoir \u00e0 d\u00e9monter les composants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Suivi dynamique de la trajectoire du drone<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour certains petits drones \u00e0 usage sp\u00e9cial, le d\u00e9collage, l&#8217;atterrissage et le vol dans une zone sp\u00e9cifique doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s en suivant strictement la trajectoire pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie. Afin de s&#8217;assurer que la trajectoire exacte est suivie, il est tr\u00e8s important d&#8217;effectuer un suivi dynamique de la trajectoire de vol du drone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce au Radian et au SMR motoris\u00e9 Active Target, les testeurs de vol peuvent effectuer un suivi dynamique en temps r\u00e9el de la trajectoire du drone dans des conditions de test. Lors de la mesure, Active Target est install\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;envers sur le drone, et il pivote automatiquement pour rester connect\u00e9 au faisceau du tracker. Le tracker peut ainsi suivre et mesurer en permanence la trajectoire du drone et renvoyer les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;ordinateur en temps r\u00e9el. La collecte instantan\u00e9e de donn\u00e9es informe l&#8217;op\u00e9rateur du drone sur les performances du drone par rapport au plan de vol, sur le fait qu&#8217;il vole sur une trajectoire pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, et sur les param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s tels que la vitesse et l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 effectuer des ajustements et des calibrages en temps voulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Surveillance de l&#8217;attitude du drone selon 6 degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9 (6DoF)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme pour le suivi dynamique des trajectoires des drones, les drones con\u00e7us \u00e0 des fins sp\u00e9cifiques doivent ajuster leurs altitudes dans des zones sp\u00e9cifiques afin de pouvoir remplir leurs fonctions et accomplir leurs t\u00e2ches op\u00e9rationnelles. Pour cela, il est n\u00e9cessaire de mesurer le 6DoF du drone dans une zone sp\u00e9cifique afin d&#8217;obtenir son altitude \u00e0 la position correspondante et de le guider pour effectuer des corrections et des calibrages en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la mesure 6DoF du drone, 3 Radians peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour suivre 3 SMR de haute pr\u00e9cision mont\u00e9s sur le drone, afin d&#8217;obtenir les informations 6DoF en temps r\u00e9el du drone \u00e0 tester. Il convient de mentionner que, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la conception compacte de leur corps, les Radian Laser Trackers d&#8217;API peuvent \u00eatre mont\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;horizontale, \u00e0 l&#8217;envers ou inclin\u00e9s \u00e0 n&#8217;importe quel angle, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats dans un espace de travail limit\u00e9.
