V\u00e9rification de la taille et de la forme, comparaison num\u00e9rique-analogique des pi\u00e8ces cl\u00e9s, l&#8217;erreur doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,2 mm ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. La d\u00e9tection de la coaxialit\u00e9 des trous des points d&#8217;articulation des pi\u00e8ces structurelles n\u00e9cessite une erreur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,1 mm ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. La d\u00e9tection de la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la position d&#8217;appui des pi\u00e8ces structurelles exige que l&#8217;erreur soit inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,1 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solutions API<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. V\u00e9rification et comparaison num\u00e9rique-analogique de la taille et de la forme des pi\u00e8ces structurelles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la mesure, le Radian Laser Tracker doit simplement se trouver \u00e0 moins de 80 m de la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 mesurer, l&#8217;op\u00e9rateur tenant le SMR en ligne de mire sur la pi\u00e8ce. Radian suit la position du SMR sur la pi\u00e8ce, en utilisant la distance de retour du faisceau et les mouvements de ses encodeurs pour garder la connexion avec le SMR et enregistrer les coordonn\u00e9es tridimensionnelles de toutes les caract\u00e9ristiques principales de la pi\u00e8ce. Ces donn\u00e9es de mesure num\u00e9riques-analogiques sont import\u00e9es dans le logiciel de mesure, et les coordonn\u00e9es sont compar\u00e9es aux donn\u00e9es du mod\u00e8le CAO pour chaque caract\u00e9ristique majeure. Cette comparaison analyse les valeurs d&#8217;\u00e9cart qui d\u00e9terminent si la pi\u00e8ce est dans la tol\u00e9rance ou si elle doit \u00eatre retravaill\u00e9e ou mise au rebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. D\u00e9tection de la coaxialit\u00e9 du point d&#8217;articulation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&#8217;abord, \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de Radian, collectez les donn\u00e9es de coordonn\u00e9es de chaque point \u00e0 mesurer \u00e0 l&#8217;emplacement du trou, puis vous pouvez s\u00e9lectionner les points requis dans le logiciel de mesure, et construire les cercles de chaque position de trou respectivement. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, la relation de position spatiale de chaque cercle est automatiquement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e dans le logiciel, et les donn\u00e9es de coaxialit\u00e9 sont claires en un coup d&#8217;\u0153il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de mentionner que, pour beaucoup de ces points, les emplacements sont difficiles \u00e0 capturer avec une ligne de vis\u00e9e pour le tracker. Afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter de multiples repositionnements du tracker, l&#8217;op\u00e9rateur utilise le capteur de mesure tactile vProbe pour faire p\u00e9n\u00e9trer le palpeur dans la position cach\u00e9e ou le trou profond de la pi\u00e8ce, et r\u00e9alise facilement une mesure compl\u00e8te du point d&#8217;articulation. vProbe offre des mesures de volume complet sans cible \u00e0 partir de la sonde intelligente la plus petite et la plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. D\u00e9tection de la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la position d&#8217;appui des pi\u00e8ces structurelles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le montrent les \u00e9tapes ci-dessus, Radian avec vProbe ou un SMR collecte les donn\u00e9es de points sur le plan \u00e0 mesurer et enregistre les donn\u00e9es dans le logiciel pour construire un plan afin de comparer la valeur relative de chaque point sp\u00e9cifique au plan th\u00e9orique.
