Il int\u00e8gre une technologie de pointe qui devrait r\u00e9volutionner les mesures de production automatis\u00e9es. Le LADAR Dynamic 9D, dont le brevet est en cours d&#8217;homologation, est le syst\u00e8me LADAR bas\u00e9 sur l&#8217;interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie le plus rapide et le plus pr\u00e9cis, int\u00e9grant la technologie OFCI (Optical Frequency Chirping Interferometry).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La collecte pr\u00e9cise des mesures de production par 9D LADAR repr\u00e9sente la solution d&#8217;inspection dimensionnelle de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Le 9D LADAR capture des donn\u00e9es dimensionnelles et de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de surface destin\u00e9es aux industries de fabrication automobile, a\u00e9rospatiale et de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dynamic 9D LADAR remplace les machines \u00e0 mesurer tridimensionnelles (MMT) traditionnelles, hors ligne et \u00e0 grand volume, ainsi que les solutions d&#8217;inspection en ligne et pr\u00e8s de la ligne, en utilisant des capteurs optiques \u00e0 balayage laser et \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re structur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes LADAR 9D traitent les donn\u00e9es mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 la vitesse impressionnante de 20 000 points par seconde et \u00e0 des vitesses de balayage de 0,2 seconde\/cm<sup>2<\/sup>. En outre, la plage dynamique \u00e9lev\u00e9e du 9D LADAR est insensible \u00e0 la r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9 de la cible, peut mesurer des mat\u00e9riaux translucides et est capable de mesurer les caract\u00e9ristiques de la cible avec un angle d&#8217;incidence allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 85 degr\u00e9s. Le balayage de trame \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 permet d&#8217;obtenir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 50 lignes par seconde, avec un espacement de 0,1 mm entre les lignes. Le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d&#8217;\u00e9chelle embarqu\u00e9 de 9D LADAR offre des pr\u00e9cisions 2D et 3D in\u00e9gal\u00e9es de seulement 6 \u00b5m\/m, soit des pr\u00e9cisions comparables \u00e0 celles des MMT de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 grand volume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conception compacte du Dynamic 9D LADAR, qui ne p\u00e8se que 10,4 kg, comprend un contr\u00f4leur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 avec communication Ethernet, ce qui permet une int\u00e9gration transparente aux cadres de MMT portatifs ou aux robots industriels \u00e0 6 axes, y compris les configurations mont\u00e9es sur rail \u00e0 7 axes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de cam\u00e9ra intelligente iVision de 9D LADAR permet une visualisation instantan\u00e9e de la pi\u00e8ce pour la planification automatis\u00e9e de la trajectoire de balayage, offrant \u00e0 la fois une mesure automatis\u00e9e des caract\u00e9ristiques et des r\u00e9gions cibl\u00e9es, ainsi que la viabilit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations de mesure \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 9D LADAR a un faisceau laser d&#8217;une taille de seulement 32\u00b5m et est disponible en 3 variantes de mod\u00e8les bas\u00e9es sur la gamme de mesure de l&#8217;application requise : LD-8 : plage de 0,5m-8m, LD-15 : plage de 1m-15m, et LD-25 : 1,5m-25m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La technologie pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente du radar laser n\u00e9cessitait le calcul de la moyenne d&#8217;un grand \u00e9chantillon pour obtenir une pr\u00e9cision raisonnable, ce qui ralentissait les taux d&#8217;acquisition de donn\u00e9es. La pr\u00e9cision et les performances d\u00e9pendaient donc fortement de la r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9 de la surface, de l&#8217;angle d&#8217;incidence et du bruit de fond dans les environnements de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nouvelle technologie LADAR mise au point par API utilise une fr\u00e9quence laser de 20 kHz pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un large spectre d&#8217;interf\u00e9rences optiques, de sorte que la distance de la cible est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision et avec une sensibilit\u00e9 100 fois sup\u00e9rieure. Cette technologie \u00e9limine les anciens probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9flectivit\u00e9 de la surface, aux vitesses lentes, aux pr\u00e9cisions limit\u00e9es, aux angles d&#8217;incidence restrictifs et \u00e0 la sensibilit\u00e9 au bruit, et rend obsol\u00e8tes les syst\u00e8mes radar laser traditionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Dynamic 9D LADAR d&#8217;API fournit des donn\u00e9es X, Y, Z, I, J, K pour chaque point de nuage g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9, ainsi que des donn\u00e9es R, G, B permettant d&#8217;imager les donn\u00e9es scann\u00e9es directement sur l&#8217;image de la cam\u00e9ra captur\u00e9e. La variabilit\u00e9 des mesures effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;aide des dispositifs de mesure tactiles et optiques actuels, actionn\u00e9s manuellement, est \u00e9limin\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution automatique de toutes les mesures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mesures automatis\u00e9es de la MMT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La MMT reste un outil indispensable pour les entreprises de fabrication en raison de sa pr\u00e9cision de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, mais elle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement isol\u00e9e de l&#8217;atelier de fabrication en raison de la lenteur des mesures.
