Les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection et de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie remontent aux syst\u00e8mes RADAR qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. RADAR signifie Radio Detection and Ranging. Des syst\u00e8mes plus modernes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s autour des sources lumineuses, conduisant \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes de radar laser, de d\u00e9tection et de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie (LIDAR) et de d\u00e9tection et de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie laser (LADAR). En surface, tous ces syst\u00e8mes sont bas\u00e9s sur des philosophies similaires, et les articles ont souvent tendance \u00e0 les regrouper. Mais, LIDAR, Laser Radar et LADAR ont en fait des diff\u00e9rences de technologie tr\u00e8s significatives qui affectent les applications pour lesquelles ils sont adapt\u00e9s. Nous voulions donc approfondir ces termes et identifier comment les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection et de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie et comment ils se diff\u00e9rencient les uns des autres.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" data-src=\"https:\/\/apimetrology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/ladar300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-277495 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/apimetrology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/ladar300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/apimetrology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/ladar300x300-150x150.jpg 150w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/300;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection et de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie sont tous bas\u00e9s sur la m\u00eame technique consistant \u00e0 envoyer une longueur d\u2019onde dans l\u2019espace et \u00e0 utiliser les informations sur l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 elle rebondit sur les surfaces pour cr\u00e9er une carte de la zone environnante, de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que les chauves-souris utilisent la localisation par \u00e9cho pour \u00ab&nbsp;voir&nbsp;\u00bb la zone autour d\u2019elles sans traiter la lumi\u00e8re visible. Les syst\u00e8mes RADAR utilisent des ondes radio pour d\u00e9tecter l\u2019espace qui les entoure, ce qui a l\u2019avantage de pouvoir traverser les murs, mais les fr\u00e9quences micro-ondes plus longues ont une r\u00e9solution plus faible et des vitesses de mesure plus lentes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"768\" data-src=\"https:\/\/apimetrology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-1280x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-277627 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/apimetrology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-1280x768.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/apimetrology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-980x588.jpeg 980w, https:\/\/apimetrology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/image-480x288.jpeg 480w\" data-sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) and (max-width: 1280px) 1280px, 100vw\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1280px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1280\/768;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>LIDAR, Laser Radar et LADAR utilisent tous des fr\u00e9quences de longueurs d\u2019onde lumineuses (visibles et invisibles \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il humain) pour cartographier leurs zones environnantes. Les ondes lumineuses ont des r\u00e9solutions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es que les ondes radio, ce qui permet une pr\u00e9cision beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans les cartes qu\u2019elles cr\u00e9ent. Mais ils sont plus impact\u00e9s par les objets environnementaux et les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques. Ces technologies fonctionnent selon un principe similaire au suivi laser, mais leurs mesures ne n\u00e9cessitent pas qu\u2019une cible renvoie le faisceau \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 pour lire la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de position.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si le LIDAR, le radar laser et le LADAR sont tous bas\u00e9s sur le m\u00eame principe, la fa\u00e7on dont ils mesurent et les applications pour lesquelles ils sont appropri\u00e9s ont des distinctions tr\u00e8s importantes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LIDAR est devenu un terme fourre-tout pour tous les instruments de m\u00e9trologie sans contact \u00e0 base de lumi\u00e8re, mais dans la pratique, les appareils de mesure LIDAR ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer des balayages \u00e0 grand volume de grandes surfaces. Ils envoient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs faisceaux laser dans un style de grille ou de c\u00f4ne et utilisent un mouvement constant pour couvrir des millions de points tr\u00e8s rapidement, avec des pr\u00e9cisions allant de dixi\u00e8mes de pouce \u00e0 plus d\u2019un pied selon l\u2019application. La technologie LIDAR est devenue monnaie courante dans l\u2019arpentage et la cartographie, la mod\u00e9lisation des donn\u00e9es du b\u00e2timent et les syst\u00e8mes de guidage pour les voitures autonomes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laser Radar, d\u2019autre part, s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour reproduire plus fid\u00e8lement les mesures Laser Tracker sans contact. Les unit\u00e9s radar laser envoient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un seul faisceau laser focalis\u00e9 pour mesurer les caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres de l\u2019unit\u00e9 avec une pr\u00e9cision d\u2019une poign\u00e9e de microns. La technologie Laser Radar a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans les environnements de fabrication des industries du monde entier pour des solutions de num\u00e9risation plus automatis\u00e9es pouvant \u00eatre mont\u00e9es sur robot pour des inspections de courte ligne.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pour les solutions d\u2019inspection v\u00e9ritablement automatis\u00e9es dans la fabrication, y compris les mesures enti\u00e8rement en ligne, le LIDAR manque de pr\u00e9cision et le radar laser n\u2019a pas la vitesse et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la mesure. LADAR, cependant, est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre le mariage de ces deux technologies. Un v\u00e9ritable syst\u00e8me LADAR, comme le nouveau Dynamic 9D LADAR d\u2019API, peut utiliser un laser interf\u00e9rom\u00e8tre chirped pour fournir une plus grande couverture des pi\u00e8ces sans sacrifier aucune pr\u00e9cision. Les syst\u00e8mes LADAR peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans toutes les applications radar laser, tout en ajoutant la vitesse n\u00e9cessaire pour effectuer des inspections de qualit\u00e9 en ligne pour l\u2019assemblage de la carrosserie en blanc ou du fuselage.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En bref, les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection et de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9trie utilisent diff\u00e9rentes fr\u00e9quences de longueur d\u2019onde envoy\u00e9e dans l\u2019espace pour cartographier une zone en fonction du temps qu\u2019il faut \u00e0 l\u2019onde pour rebondir sur un obstacle. Les technologies LIDAR, Laser Radar et LADAR utilisent toutes des fr\u00e9quences lumineuses pour prendre ce type de mesures. Mais alors que la technologie principale est la m\u00eame, les conceptions pratiques et les applications ont conduit \u00e0 des utilisations tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes. Le LIDAR utilise davantage une grille ou un c\u00f4ne de faisceaux laser pour augmenter la couverture et la collecte de donn\u00e9es sur de plus longues distances avec une pr\u00e9cision plus faible. Les syst\u00e8mes radar laser ont sacrifi\u00e9 la vitesse du LiDAR pour une pr\u00e9cision accrue avec un seul faisceau focalis\u00e9.
