Et bien qu\u2019il soit facile de se concentrer sur l\u2019\u00e9quipement de mesure de pr\u00e9cision innovant qui a fond\u00e9 notre entreprise et r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 les mesures industrielles et l\u2019\u00e9talonnage des machines-outils, l\u2019automatisation \u00e9tait \u00e9galement dans cette premi\u00e8re invention du Laser Tracker. Le logiciel API mod\u00e9lise la cin\u00e9matique du robot et d\u00e9finit la relation g\u00e9om\u00e9trique des articulations du robot par des param\u00e8tres (\u03b8, d, a, \u03b1). La solution de suivi dynamique des robots d\u2019API utilise des mesures automatiques 6DoF Laser Tracker pour d\u00e9terminer la position du robot suivi en temps r\u00e9el, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant la position et l\u2019orientation r\u00e9elles d\u2019un robot et fournissant une correction de trajectoire du robot en temps r\u00e9el. L\u2019imagerie st\u00e9r\u00e9oscopique \u00e0 plage dynamique \u00e9lev\u00e9e de RapidScan est capable de mesurer des surfaces hautement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes et composites, \u00e9liminant compl\u00e8tement le besoin de pulv\u00e9risation de poudre de pi\u00e8ce peu pratique. Avec la d\u00e9tection des bords inf\u00e9rieurs aux pixels, la projection optique (mod\u00e8le hybride) de 3,2 m\u00e9gapixels g\u00e9n\u00e8re un nuage de points dense tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le RapidScan mont\u00e9 sur robot peut \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de la ligne ou dans une cellule robotis\u00e9e pour fournir une inspection des pi\u00e8ces de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>mScan<\/strong>         <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le scanner de ligne laser mSCAN d\u2019API offre une solution rapide, pr\u00e9cise et productive pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des nuages de points \u00e0 un rythme de 200 000 points\/seconde.
