Cette mobilit\u00e9 combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019impressionnante port\u00e9e de 25 m du LADAR permet une couverture compl\u00e8te et flexible de l\u2019atelier de fabrication. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019AGV d\u00e9place 9D LADAR dans diff\u00e9rentes positions, LADAR scanne l\u2019environnement \u00e0 l\u2019aide de billes d\u2019outillage pour le raccordement (ou capteur i360 et Radian Laser Tracker pour une solution 6DoF compl\u00e8te) et capture les donn\u00e9es de g\u00e9om\u00e9trie dimensionnelle et de surface \u00e0 une vitesse de balayage sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de 0,2 seconde\/cm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce processus d\u2019inspection des lignes d\u2019outillage et d\u2019assemblage est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la technologie brevet\u00e9e d\u2019interf\u00e9rom\u00e9trie multicanal d\u2019API. Le syst\u00e8me 9D LADAR utilise un laser (CHIRP) rapide pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un large spectre d\u2019interf\u00e9rences optiques, atteignant une sensibilit\u00e9 100 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du radar laser traditionnel.
