Les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019assemblage traditionnelles ont souvent du mal \u00e0 assurer la pr\u00e9cision globale en raison de la taille et du poids de ces pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi :<\/h2>\n\n<p>Garantir la pr\u00e9cision globale de l\u2019assemblage des pi\u00e8ces de plus de 100 m\u00e8tres de long, avec une marge d\u2019erreur maximale autoris\u00e9e de seulement 0,3 mm.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution de l\u2019API :<\/h2>\n\n<p>Le Radian Laser Tracker d\u2019API offre une solution adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis. Capable d\u2019effectuer des mesures 3D de grande taille et de haute pr\u00e9cision, le laser tracker peut mesurer sur des dizaines de m\u00e8tres avec une pr\u00e9cision de l\u2019ordre du micron. Mise en place des stations de suivi : En fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques de la pi\u00e8ce, plusieurs stations de suivi laser sont strat\u00e9giquement positionn\u00e9es pour assurer une couverture optimale.<\/p>\n\n<p>2. Collecte de donn\u00e9es : Chaque station mesure tous les points visibles, formant ainsi un r\u00e9seau de donn\u00e9es complet.<\/p>\n\n<p>3. R\u00e9glage et assemblage de la mesure : Apr\u00e8s la collecte des donn\u00e9es, le logiciel est utilis\u00e9 pour regrouper toutes les donn\u00e9es pour l\u2019analyse de l\u2019ajustement.
