API Radian Laser Trackers feature the compact and rigid UNIBODY tracker design that uses shaft-mounted motors, encoders and laser. The innovative UNIBODY shaft-mounted laser minimizes ABBE offset errors. Housing the laser source, optics, camera, and major head electronics in the center of the tracker body, which centers all heat sources, allows rapid distribution of heat throughout the body during warm-up or drastic ambient temperature variations. UNIBODY design maintains equilibrium through its operation due to a unique ‘Air-Over-Cooling’ system, resulting in shorter warm-up and superior measurement stability.
Standard iVision™ Autolock functionality allows rapid recapture of a lost laser beam and provides effortless usability for difficult-to-access and interrupted line of sight measurements.
All systems are compatible with the full line of accessories: vProbe, iScan, Active Target or SmartTrack System (STS)
