E analisamos quanto os servi\u00e7os de &#8220;Calibra\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221; oferecidos pelo Laser Tracker s\u00e3o na realidade incorretos, quando n\u00e3o \u00e9 feito o segundo passo. E o que acontece quando aplicamos estas mesmas normas a M\u00e1quinas-Ferramentas? Como \u00e9 que os produtos e servi\u00e7os de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis realmente identificam e corrigem erros no desempenho das m\u00e1quinas-ferramenta, e satisfazem ambos os crit\u00e9rios de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o definidos pelo VIM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas s\u00e3o o que movimentam a ind\u00fastria. Independentemente da empresa, cada grande projeto de engenharia em algum momento requer que uma grande pe\u00e7a seja moldada atrav\u00e9s de alguma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de corte, retifica\u00e7\u00e3o, prensagem, fura\u00e7\u00e3o. Estas pe\u00e7as remodeladas podem servir como novas pe\u00e7as a serem instaladas, encaixe para outras pe\u00e7as numa montagem, ou moldes em que outras pe\u00e7as possam ser moldadas. E como as m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas se tornaram mais precisas atrav\u00e9s do Controle Num\u00e9rico Computadorizado (CNC) e do Desenho Assistido por Computador (CAD), as pe\u00e7as concebidas para elas desenvolveram caracter\u00edsticas mais intrincadas em escalas maiores com toler\u00e2ncias mais apertadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 mais importante do que nunca para os fabricantes que as suas m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas sejam n\u00e3o s\u00f3 precisas no in\u00edcio, mas que se mantenham precis\u00e3o ao longo do tempo, de modo a evitar despesas, retrabalhos e sucata. A fim de assegurar que as m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas em todo o mundo estejam a funcionar com a sua precis\u00e3o \u00f3tima, a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de Normaliza\u00e7\u00e3o (ISO) e a Sociedade Americana de Engenheiros Mec\u00e2nicos (ASME) atualizaram as suas defini\u00e7\u00f5es e normas para medi\u00e7\u00f5es de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas (MTC) no in\u00edcio dos anos 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>O que \u00e9 Machine Tool Calibration?<\/strong>  (Calibra\u00e7\u00e3o da m\u00e1quina-ferramenta)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalmente, as medi\u00e7\u00f5es de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o apenas procuravam erros de deslocamento, que eram encontrados atrav\u00e9s da medi\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento linear ao longo de cada um dos tr\u00eas eixos da m\u00e1quina ferramenta (X, Y, e Z). Encontrar e corrigir estas tr\u00eas fontes de erro era tipicamente suficiente para manter uma m\u00e1quina-ferramenta dentro da toler\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas \u00e0 medida que as exig\u00eancias de toler\u00e2ncia foram tornando mais rigorosas, novas normas como ISO 230-6 e ASME B5.54, identificaram muitas outras fontes de erro que precisam ser tidas em conta para que as m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas mantenham o seu mais alto n\u00edvel de desempenho. Para al\u00e9m dos tr\u00eas erros de deslocamento que assinalamos anteriormente, estas novas normas destacam 18 outros par\u00e2metros de erro que devem ser tidos em conta nas medi\u00e7\u00f5es de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, a nossa m\u00e1quina-ferramenta padr\u00e3o de 3 eixos tem agora 21 erros poss\u00edveis para calibrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Onde est\u00e3o os erros?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoje, 21 erros aparenta ser v\u00e1rios erros, por\u00e9m, na realidade podemos agrup\u00e1-los simplesmente em grupos axiais ou de esquadria. Cada eixo da ferramenta tem os mesmos 6 erros poss\u00edveis \u00e0 medida que se desloca pelo seu caminho. O primeiro \u00e9 o Posicionamento Linear, para o qual os padr\u00f5es antigos mediam no passado, mas \u00e0 medida que esse eixo se move, devemos tamb\u00e9m procurar a Retilinidade Vertical e Horizontal e identificar qualquer movimento de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o, de Yaw, ou de Roll. Estes 6 erros s\u00e3o encontrados em cada eixo, o que perfaz 18 dos 21. Os 3 erros finais est\u00e3o na pr\u00f3pria m\u00e1quina, uma vez que deve ser quadrada nos cruzamentos XY, YZ, e XZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muitos produtos e prestadores de servi\u00e7os da MTC ainda medem apenas os erros de deslocamento, podendo haver falha e faltar um dos  outros 18 erros, por isso \u00e9 importante ao pesquisar m\u00e9todos de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o perguntar quantos par\u00e2metros de erro ser\u00e3o encontrados e compensados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A MTC cumpre as normas definidas pela VIM?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voltando \u00e0 defini\u00e7\u00e3o de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o VIM, a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 aquela segunda etapa que \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para melhorar realmente o desempenho da m\u00e1quina. Para o MTC, a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de fato o passo mais simples. Depois de todas as medi\u00e7\u00f5es terem sido efetuadas para encontrar onde ocorrem erros, o software de metrologia \u00e9 capaz de criar um relat\u00f3rio de tabela de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o que \u00e9 carregado diretamente no controlador de m\u00e1quinas-ferramenta para melhorar instantaneamente o desempenho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em resumo, as m\u00e1quinas-ferramentas t\u00eam alimentado a revolu\u00e7\u00e3o industrial, e \u00e0 medida que o seu desempenho tem melhorado, os desenhos e as exig\u00eancias que lhes s\u00e3o impostas t\u00eam aumentado.
