S\u00e3o estruturas robustas que reformam paisagens, protegem comunidades de alagamentos e produzem mais de 10% de eletricidade usada na Am\u00e9rica. Enquanto as fachadas externas s\u00e3o em grande parte inalter\u00e1veis, os componentes internos das barragens (especialmente as que produzem eletricidade) precisam de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o regular e tamb\u00e9m renova\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as antigas. Quando a Voith Hydro foi contatada para reconstruir a carca\u00e7a do estator e a montagem do rotor de uma esta\u00e7\u00e3o hidrel\u00e9trica para a barragem de Denison em TX, eles contataram a API SERVI\u00c7OS para fazer as medi\u00e7\u00f5es \u201c. Durante todo o processo de montagem ao longo do ano, a API foi apta a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Instalar um sistema de coordenadas local para permitir a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e instala\u00e7\u00e3o precisas de componentes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certificar a precis\u00e3o dentro de +\\- 0.127mm na montagem final<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados de usinagem externos com medidas de alinhamento no local<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Localizada desde 1943 no Rio Vermelho, regi\u00e3o que separa Oklahoma do Texas, a Represa Denison tem 165 p\u00e9s de altura, e mais de 15.000 p\u00e9s de comprimento. Al\u00e9m de ser um grande controle de \u00e1guas pluviais, a barragem produz cerca de 250.000 megawatts-hora de eletricidade por ano. Para produzir esse tipo de eletricidade, o Estator Hydro deve ser preservado e eventualmente substitu\u00eddo ao longo do tempo. Normalmente, a carca\u00e7a do estator e a montagem completa do rotor nestas partes s\u00e3o reconstru\u00eddas a cada 35 anos, mas quando a Voith Hydro foi trazida para realizar esta revis\u00e3o, o Estalat\u00f3rio original j\u00e1 estava fazendo 75 anos de uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Voith Hydro faz parte do Grupo Voith \u00e9 um fornecedor l\u00edder de linha completa, bem como um parceiro confi\u00e1vel para equipar as usinas hidrel\u00e9tricas. Seu portf\u00f3lio de produtos e servi\u00e7os abrange todo o ciclo de vida e todos os principais componentes para grandes e pequenas usinas hidrel\u00e9tricas, desde geradores, turbinas, bombas e sistemas de automa\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 pe\u00e7as de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o, servi\u00e7os de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento e solu\u00e7\u00f5es digitais para hidrel\u00e9tricas inteligentes. Turbinas e geradores Voith, produzem um ter\u00e7o de toda a energia hidrel\u00e9trica do mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O gerente da Voith Hydro, Lalit Adhikari, foi designado para a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o de Denison, e ele tamb\u00e9m sabia que precisaria de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para definir as posi\u00e7\u00f5es \u201ccomo encontradas\u201d do Estador Hidr\u00e1ulico e seus componentes da caixa de roalamentos inferior. Para melhor adequar as pe\u00e7as que poderiam ser utilizadas na estrutura existente do Estator, a Voith teria que definir todos os valores presentes. E para essas medidas, Lalit chamou a equipe especializada de metr\u00f3logistas da API Servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A API Servi\u00e7os analisou toda a estrutura em Denison e prop\u00f4s utilizar a portabilidade e precis\u00e3o do API Radian Laser Tracker para definir a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do estator e dar a verdadeira linha central. Esses valores garantiriam que a carca\u00e7a e o conjunto do rotor fossem colocados cil\u00eddricamente na posi\u00e7\u00e3o e nas eleva\u00e7\u00f5es corretas entre si.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A equipe API Servi\u00e7os entrou para este levantamento inicial aproximadamente 1 ano antes da instala\u00e7\u00e3o do componente. Eles foram capazes de instalar um sistema de coordenadas local, o qual permitiu transforma\u00e7\u00f5es mais adequadas nos locais das m\u00e1quinas em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com dados de medi\u00e7\u00e3o, ao inv\u00e9s de compara\u00e7\u00f5es demoradas no local e retrabalho. O sistema de coordenadas tamb\u00e9m deu a Voith a capacidade de instalar componentes com muita precis\u00e3o um para o outro durante o ano no processo de montagem . Todas as posi\u00e7\u00f5es e eleva\u00e7\u00f5es dos componentes de montagem de rolamento foram pesquisadas, e s\u00f3 ent\u00e3o foi definido os locais de linha de base dos novos componentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Voith instalou cada componente, o local da linha central foi medido e relatado durante todo o processo. Como o processo de montagem foi alinhado e verificado a cada etapa, o resultado final da medi\u00e7\u00e3o foi um alinhamento cil\u00edndrico de aproximadamente 5 componentes grandes de Rotor e Montagem de Rolamento, todos dentro de +\\- 0.127mm da Linha de centro da carca\u00e7a do Estator. Todas as lacunas de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o e colis\u00e3o de componentes estavam dentro dos limites permitidos. O processo da API ajudou a garantir que a usinagem em campo e o alinhamento do Radian Laser Tracker API no local pudessem ser combinados em uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o perfeita, economizando tempo de inatividade e retrabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Voith prezou tanto os servi\u00e7os que solicitou a API para identificar outras aplica\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3ximas ao local da Montagem do Rotor na Represa Dennison. Al\u00e9m das medi\u00e7\u00f5es e an\u00e1lises realizadas, solu\u00e7\u00f5es para aspectos de usinagem de projetos adicionais, Configura\u00e7\u00e3o posicional e nivelamento de m\u00e1quinas de fresagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As medidas encontradas e as verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de linha central de rotina economizaram tempo da Voith Hydro e retrabalhos durante um processo de montagem de um ano.
