E o Radian PLUS e o Active Target foram usados para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Automatizar o processo de medi\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real<br>-Fornecer resultados de medi\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pidos e precisos <br>-Realizar as medidas necess\u00e1rias em uma \u00fanica configura\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 minutos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O gerente de projeto respons\u00e1vel por este novo tipo de ve\u00edculo de plataforma a\u00e9rea precisava monitorar em tempo real a amplitude de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o da cesta suspensa durante o processo de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, descida, balan\u00e7o e outros processos de trabalho. A equipe da API fixaria o Active Target sob a plataforma de trabalho durante o movimento da cesta, as coordenadas de deslocamento din\u00e2mico do Active Target seriam rastreadas e detectadas em tempo real pelo Radian PLUS, os dados seriam registrados, assim, refletiria o valor da amplitude de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento da cesta durante seus movimentos programados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No local da medi\u00e7\u00e3o, a API configurou o Radian PLUS e fixou o Active Target. Ent\u00e3o, os metrologistas da API estabeleceram um sistema de coordenadas, com o mecanismo de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o comprimido at\u00e9 o seu ponto mais curto como o de origem, o plano horizontal do solo como coordenadas Z, a dire\u00e7\u00e3o de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o como coordenadas X, e a dire\u00e7\u00e3o de oscila\u00e7\u00e3o como coordenadas Y (veja figura 4). O Active Target foi rastreado em tempo real pelo Radian PLUS, e as coordenadas em tempo real de cada ponto no processo de movimento foram registradas, de forma a calcular em cada teste o valor da amplitude de vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do movimento. Al\u00e9m disso, ele atende aos requisitos de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o IP, requisitos \u00e0 prova de poeira, podendo desempenhar medi\u00e7\u00f5es ao ar livre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o Sr. Hang, gerente desse novo projeto disse: &#8220;Para n\u00f3s que nos importamos em fabricar um produto de alta qualidade, Usar o Laser Tracker RADIAN API para fazer o trabalho de medi\u00e7\u00e3o foi uma \u00f3tima e r\u00e1pida escolha, todo o processo foi realizado automaticamente e em apenas 10 minutos, os dados que precis\u00e1vamos foram obtidos.&#8221;
